NTA: Problem solving also took place in Hazaribagh. there were two groups of candidates one beneficiary group in Hazaribagh where the problem solving also took place on another floor of the building. On the first floor girl candidates where there, 2nd floor male candidates and 3rd floor where all the 7-8 solvers with the gang without mobiles

CJI: the paper was otherwise destined for Hazaribagh school , the breach occurred in Patna ?

NTA: no in Oasis School Hazaribagh but relate to Patna 

CJI: the genuine candidate was in which centre?

NTA : Hazaribagh Oasis School 

NTA: the original paper was not taken out, it was put back, but its print out taken out and circulated to the candidates one paper per 2-3 candidates, they sat in a group started memorising

NTA: then they put them all together and burnt it

NTA: This shows tampering. Secondly these pieces (burnt paper) we found in Patna at Learn Boys High School where about 25 candidates were gathered and this solved paper was given

CJI: and it was put back

NTA: and it wen to a genuine candidate in the normal course. That Candidate found that the seal here (on the leaf side) was broken and open, and here also the sticker. She did not say anything and kept quiet but to us she said this is what was found 

NTA Representative: that how we went to Oasis School asked whom did you issue this paper to ? this paper was given to a genuine candidate. This paper was not stolen, she was not involved in it, because there is no displacement of the paper, it was only photographed

SG: School is only used for the purpose of committing theft of the papers.

NTA representative : this serial number which is written on the half burnt page is a unique number. If 24 lakhs of question papers are printed there will be 24 Lakhs different codes. This serial number goes to Oasis school as for only their record, It cannot go to another centre in the country

SG: the paper came in Patna in tranches one came at 10:30 and one at 10:45 AM . They were asked to memorise and then at 12:45 we have the CCTV footage of where there gathered for the purpose of going to that school and they come back to that meeting point again and dispersed to different centres, they were from different centres not from this school.

SG: after the memorising exercise etc they burn the paper, but this piece remained unburned. That was recovered by Bihar Police and there is in the middle one number , this number belonged to a girl who already complained that the paper which I received was resealed
