    The Supreme Court will continue hearing today the petitions challenging NEET-UG 2024 exam.

    Petitioners completed their arguments yesterday. The bench led by CJI will hear the responses of Union/NTA today.

      SG shows the sealed question papers of the exam

      SG: from oasis school, between 8:02 to 9:23 AM , we have the CCTV footage etc they open the trunk from behind and distribute it to the solvers. There are 8 solvers , 25 questions each ensuring there are no mobiles

      SG: the system as a whole has worked, except for the human error at 0.3% centre that is 8 out of 4750 centres

      CJI: because this should be centrally circulated to Can Bank this time that look your paper is to be maintained in safe custody and not to be distributed

      SG: and SBI should be told not to give when somebody else comes (apart from the City Coordinator)

      CJI : but are the banks informed in the morning that look we are choosing the SBI option

      SG: both banks should be instructed that you give and you do not give

      SG Submits that the city coordinator as per the practice goes along with the centre superintendent as well as a neutral observer appointed by the NTA for each centre who is principle or lecturer

      SG: city coordinator is authorised by DG NTA in writing . The authorisation letter contains the name, photograph and signature of the city coordinator duly authorised by the DG NTA

      SG: for Canara Bank and SBI we have the same moderators

      CJI: But how where the Canara Bank question papers distributed in the first place?

      SG: the cut off mark who's rank is within 1.8 Lakhs is 577 which is 4.6 %

      SG: report of the expert is that the difficulty level of both the question papers are the same . That is always how the questions are prepared so that one question paper is not difficult than the other

      CJI: so 3307 candidates were not assessed on the basis of the papers of SBI but Canara Bank , has some moderation been done between the Can Bank and SBI papers?
