Judge Lau- There's nothing wrong with political leaders participating in election process.

If you have any material that him coming here will prejudice Law and order, public order, national interest..you've brought in NSA as well..tell me where is the issue?

Judge Lau- SC has come down strongly that there should be no secrecy . You must give proper material as reason for your apprehension

Judge Lau reiterates this point twice over asking what is wrong if he comes and seeks hard material.

Judge Lau : What is your apprehension of he comes and stays here?

Don't give me assumptions. Show me any material that you have that raises apprehension that if he is here there will be trouble caused.

Judge Lau says at time of elections, it could be stated that daily schedule could be shared.

PP raises objection that if Azad comes to Delhi and says he will be here till 16th.

So what?, asks Judge.

Judge Lau asks if the police is ok with Azad marking attendance to DCP if he comes to Delhi.

Pracha says he's happy to.

Judge to prosecution : Most offences (in Azad's FIR) were bailable. And I've stated in my order that the non-bailable charges have very little evidence.

Judge Lau asks PP, are you pressing for cancellation?

Pracha says the bail order which says he cannot come to Delhi without justification is unjust.

Pracha : Pls direct a PSO to escort me 24/7

Judge Lau- your plea is not for PSO.
