Bench: We will assume this is a good parameter for assessment. But ICSE isn’t adopting this parameter? 

AG: Experts have decided this after experience of so many decades.

AG: We have got schools which charge huge fees, each school each year will have similarity. Performance of each year is to find out if school has exaggerated to help students. #CBSE #ICSE

Gupta: Last year also it was recognised that Boards may have slight differences. There aren’t major differences on principle 

AG: CBSE and ICSE are two different Boards. Its not possible to synchronise all of them together. Each of them is a separate autonomous bodies. 

Gupta: If they can later not conduct exams, then they will come and say what about us now? The Batch will be destabilised.

Sr Adv Jaideep Gupta: We are also for students, we are not in favour of students being in a limbo. Mr Singh is not right that no student is opposing his submission. 

Bench is informed last year for ICSE only 10 students opted for improvement exams. 

Singh: That’s because some subject exams had been taken.

Singh: What Lordships are accepting will create uncertainty.
