CJI : Now Mr.Hooda, you have to wrap up...

SG : My learned friend is arguing that entire country's exam is vitiated. Giving some examples of some mistakes may not assist him.

Hooda : I am saying there is a systemic failure.

NTA counsel : In Hardayal school, grace marks were given.

CJI : In Hardayal school, all students wrote Canara bank paper. Why were they given grace marks.

Hooda : NTA's statement before this Court shows grace marks were given to Hardayal School students too.

CJI to NTA : Hardayal School students wrote only Canara Bank paper. Were they also given grace marks?

NTA counsel : I will take instructions.

Hooda : It is a systemic failure

SG : Wherever the wrong paper was initially given, taken back and new paper was given resulting in curtailing time, grace marks were given.

CJI : Grace marks were given to those students who were given wrong booklet which was withdrawn midway.

SG : Yes.

Hooda : There is another blunder. In Hardayal school ,the students were given grace marks. 6 out of them got full marks. If Canara bank paper was attempted, where was the question of giving grace marks.

SG : It was a mistake which was corrected later.

NTA : He distributed Canara bank papers to three centres in Jhajjar. From two, it was withdrawn, when he realised the mistake and at the other centre it continued.

CJI : Did the city coordinator in Jhajjar go to Canara bank and distributed to all centres or only some?

Hooda : He collected from both banks.

CJI : How did that happen? And he distributed in all centres the Can bank paper?

CJI : Is the authorisation given for both the banks?

SG: It is for both the banks. City coordinator is told on the morning on which bank to go.

CJI : How does Canara bank know the person is the right person to be given the papers? Who issue the letter of authorisation?

SG : Director General NTA to City Coordinators.

CJI : What does the person take to the Bank? He has authorisations both for SBI and Canara Bank or only one ?

CJI to SG, NTA : 1. How many centres were Canara bank papers distributed?

2. Out of those centres, in how many centres, were the correct question booklets(SBI paper) replaced?

3. How many centres totally were the papers evaluated for Canara bank papers?

4. Once the Canara bank papers were evaluated, how did the candidates fare?
