Order: The application of Petitioner has been filed under 437, 439 of CrPC to enlarge the Petitioner from custody to CID registered under 120B, 124A. The HC stated that it would not be inclined to entertain the plea on the ground that petitioner can approach trial court.

Order: This appeal has been filed challenging AP HC order.

Rao: Yesterday, the HC said that Petitioner had not been taken to the private hospital. This was said by the Magistrate and confirmed by the HC. The suo moto contempt was issued yesterday.

Giri: After the SC passed the order for Army hospital.

Rao: It’s only information. HC has clarified that they should implement the order of the Magistrate on 16th evening.

Giri: These are facts which are there in the SLP.

Bench: What happened yesterday, tell us.

Rao: With reference to the contempt, the HC passed an order on 15th that a medical board be constituted. What has transpired is that they refused to take him to the private hospital.
