    Dramatic twist happens in Narada Case in Calcutta High Court.

    Justice Arijit Banerjee says that interim bail be granted to 4 arrested TMC leaders - Firhad Hakim, Madan Mitra, Subrata Mukherjee and Sovan Chatterjee.

    Acting Chief Justice Rajesh Bindal differs and says they must be kept in house arrest.

    Interim-bail issue referred to larger bench, in view of the difference in view, the question of interim-bail has been referred to larger bench.

    Meanwhile, accused ordered to be in house arrest.

    Calcutta High Court orders that the arrested four TMC leaders be kept in house arrest and all medical amenities be given to them.

    Lawyers now argue for interim bail.

      Bandhopadhyaya says Firhad Hakim is working 24*7 for COVID vaccination related matters. His presence necessary for COVID work in Kolkata. So necessary to give him access to files and permit him to meet officials.
