Tis Hazari Judge Lau lists hearing for 2pm tomorrow, so that PP can produce all FIRs relating to Azad.

Pracha tried to ask for today, PP said won't be possible to collect all FIRs.

Says Pracha is right in saying Azad is a lawyer and lawyers have been leaders/politicians because they are well read. Maybe Azad needs to read more, he may be an Ambedkarite, but maybe he has his heart in the right place, but he isn't able to express it correctly

Pracha says Azad was only reading Constitution and talking about CAA-NRC.

Prosecutor says that there are 'drone footages' of the alleged inflammatory speeches made by Azad.

Pracha urges court that PP has conceded that Azad was arrested because he was out on bail in other cases.

No case made out in this case to arrest him, he says.

Judge Lau says she has already asked PP to show Pracha the posts, unless there's reasoned show of privilege. Pracha informs court about the charges regarding saharanpur.

Judge wants copy of Saharanpur FIR regarding charges. PP says he was on bail on all other matters.

Judge Lau asks Prosecutor -I want you to show me under which law is it prohibited for someone to prohibit outside religious places?

Judge Lau- I have seen many people, many such cases, where protests happened even outside parliament.
