Singhvi: How did Kejriwal use, convert, conceal, project proceeds of crime? Not a word about that. Every material in grounds of arrest predates July-August 2023.

Singhvi: On 30.10.2023, I was not an accused. First summons date. ED reply said I was not an accused. Last summon was of 16 March for appearance on March 21. On 16 March, I was not an accused. 5 days later, they arrested.

Singhvi: Buchi Babu's receipt of 10 crores nowhere in grounds. Goa...Chaman Preet Singh has come in...no tracing.

J Khanna: Timing of arrest has not been taken care of by the interim order

Singhvi: One person, Raghav Reddy, says I gave 25 crores. Nobody corroborates him. 100 has become 25. Boinpally denied receiving anything. His statement put in unrelied. No question of evaluating it in grounds of arrest

Singhvi: their case is 100 crores, part obtained by MSR, he interacted with Kavitha, Raghav delivered...No statement by anyone that I said pay, or agreed to be paid

J Khanna: it's said that background for change in the policy was the 100 crores

Singhvi (reads): Right to life and liberty is most sacrosanct. Any attempt to violate...The right to be informed about ground of arrest flows from 21. Mere fact that chargesheet has been filed does not...arrest

Singhvi: Arrest and detention both are covered.

Singhvi: Even feeling of guilty is not enough. The assessment has to be cumulative
