Singhvi: Leave aside Sarath Reddy, no other statement mentioned in grounds of arrest. Without prejudice, this is a predicate offense. Kejriwal not accused in predicate offense till date of arrest.

Singhvi: He is an IT consultant. He used guestroom frequently. Not a statement recorded about excise policy. ED is presuming Vijay Nair reported to me. Grounds of arrest are 'close associate'

J Khanna: Can't go into all this

Singhvi: Over 1.5 years, they conducted investigation. No action against Kejriwal. There was no necessity to arrest based on material that was there with ED in July-August 2023

Singhvi: This is to create doubt at the last minute. He is not being fair! He says this at 4:30 on Friday
