Singh: The court says there is material and need to arrest. There is a justification of arrest and I am entitled to have custodial interrogation of accused. I've passed the judicial scrutiny which is being talked about. The question is, till how long you'll go?

Singh: Who sees whether the case is justified or not?

I was to be tested. My first test is by the court when I produced him. I pass that test. Today I am at the peril and showing the special judge. Subjectivity is seen by special judge and I pass the test because there is material.

Singh: Who can influence or derail the investigation? It is this man. We had to have sufficient evidence for this. Right time could have been now also when he got released. I have to develop a subjective satisfaction and I did.

Singh: I am justifying my reasons for arrest. I am saying that even the entire money which has gone to Goa elections, who goes there? Not Manish Sisodia or anyone else. It is this man who goes to Goa. There is evidence now and they would have been influenced had he not been taken into custody. Those witnesses tell very significant thing.

Singh: Who has appointed? He is head of AAP, he is CM. Someone doing very important job for him, he says I don't know. It's not about self incrimination. It's about when you try to derail investigation. CBI investigation is way different than others.

Singh: In my application, what do I write.... I show to court during his interrogation... Whatever was there was shown to court. We haven't said that he did not agree to a particular thing. I say cooperation is there are certain things which are not incriminating. If I say if you were part of the meeting, someone has to show yes or no. We ask him whose idea was to privatize. He is heading the cabinet, he says it's not my idea to privatise. It shows he is trying to put the blame on anyone but not him.

Singh: It was recorded. We argued it. You were there. It was even recorded. It was even recorded by Live Law.
