Singhvi: Same trick of unrelied documents. Statements are suppressed saying unrelied documents. Making a mockery of fairness. The man sinks and after 18 months... Nine days after the statement against me, he gets bail on medical grounds, no opposition by ED. Later he gets pardon.

Singhvi: There are two statements. Both are not against me. Now comes a statement after arrest. Reddy continues to maintain a stance not against me after arrest in nine statements. This is shocking. These statements are not put in any of the six complaints.

Singhvi now refers to Sarath Reddy.

Singhvi: this is a chap who gets back pain and gets bail. There are n number of cases where spinal surgery was viciously opposed by ED.

Singhvi: Now come to the statement of the father because the son is tortured.

Singhvi now refers to statement of Raghav Maguntas father.

Singhvi: The father gives a statement and son gets bail. What is the point of such a statement?

Singhvi: Where do I turn as a citizen except the constitutional court? The highest form of constitutional right is Article 226.

Four statements after February, suppressed by saying unrelied document.

Singhvi: What reply does he want to file? It's all on record. A prosecutor can't say I want to argue on the basis of counter affidavit. This is motivated delaying tactic.

    • 27 March 2024 7:11 AM GMT

Singhvi: Exculpatory statements in my favour, and then an inculpatory statement against me in July. Almost after one year. Is this criminal law or prosecution? Because you say I've to arrest this man by hook or by crook so I'll get a statement.

    • 27 March 2024 7:09 AM GMT

Singhvi: We never had this system, that you have an unrelied document, and relied document and put the good part in the unrelied. Today just because you're ED, the holy cow, you turn the criminal law on its head.

    • 27 March 2024 7:08 AM GMT

Singhvi: For Raghav Magunta, he was arrested on February 2023. No allegation against me. This is very important something we never learnt. This is very unfortunate. Four dates in February 2023, four statements concealed by ED and not put in the complaints.

Some day this criminal law has to be rectified. I'm amazed.

Singhvi: Remember my six steps. Now it's the factual part.
