All Matters Listed During Diwali Vacation To Be Heard Physically: Bombay High Court [Read Notification]

The Bombay High Court on Thursday notified the sitting list for the upcoming Diwali vacations starting from November 9 and declared that all matters listed during the said vacation will be heard physically.
The High Court did not have a summer vacation this year which lasts a month and the upcoming Diwali vacation will be the first this year.
On the original side, Chief Justice Dipankar Datta nominated the division bench of Justice BP Colabawalla and Justice Abhay Ahuja and the bench of Justice AK Menon and Justice SP Tavade to hear cases between November 9 and November 14. Whereas, Justice CV Bhadang and Justice Prithviraj Chavan will sit singly on the same dates.
Between November 15 and November 22, the division bench of Justice SS Shinde and MJ Jamdar will sit along with the single benches of Justice NJ Jamdar and Justice Milind Jadhav.
At the Nagpur bench, Justice RB Deo will hear cases between November 8 and November 14 and Justice Vinay Joshi will be hearing cases between November 15 and November 22. At the Aurangabad bench, the division bench of Justice SP Deshmukh and Justice SD Kulkarni will be hearing cases from November 8 to November 14, along with Justice RG Avachat who is sitting singly. Furthermore, the division bench of Justice SV Gangapurwala and Justice BU Debadwar will be hearing cases between November 15 and November 22 along with Justice MG Sewilkar who is sitting singly on the said dates.
Similarly, at the High Court of Bombay at Goa, Justice MS Sonak will be sitting to hear cases between November 8 and November 14 whereas Justice MS Jawalakar will sit from November 15 to November 22.
