Argus Partners Advises HDFC Limited In Their Stake Sale In Good Host Spaces

Argus Partners have advised HDFC Limited on their stake sale of 24.48% in Good Host Spaces ("Good Host") (backed by Goldman Sachs entities) to Baskin Lake Investment Limited ("Baskin Lake"), an affiliate of Warburg Pincus.

Good Host is India's leading owner and operator of purpose-built, on-campus student housing assets. Through the acquisition of HDFC Limited's 24.48% stake, Baskin Lake has become a significant shareholder of Good Host.

The team was led by Adity Chaudhury (Partner) along with Kshitija Naik and Aditi Gupta (Associates).
