UPES 1st Litigation Workshop on 4th November 2015

The University of Petroleum and Energy Studies (UPES) Dehradun, College of Legal Studies (CoLS) is organising its 1^st Litigation Workshop on Constitutional Law: Adjudication, Practice and Procedure to be held on November 4^th, 2015.

UPES was established in the year 2003 through UPES Act, 2003 of the State Legislature of Uttrakhand.

This Litigation Workshop will facilitate and focus on different dimensions of Constitutional Law in practice and procedure. It will facilitate the participants in an understanding of procedural application of ‘law of the land’ towards different upcoming issues in the present day context.

Eligibility: Academicians, Lawyers, Government Officials, NGO’s, Research scholars, Administrative Academies and Students are invited.
