    Supreme Court to hear the following important matters Today

    A Bench headed by Chief Justice SA Bobde  to hear a clutch of petitions challenging the FARMERS ACTS recently passed by the parliament, contending them to be "Anti-farmer" & "Anti-Agriculturist".

    The Bench will also hear a plea demanding a Top Court monitored CBI enquiry into the death of Sushant Singh Rajput's former manager, 𝐃𝐢𝐬𝐡𝐚 𝐒𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐚𝐧.

    Chief Justice SA Bobde led bench to hear the petition filed by Arnab Goswami, Republic TV Chief, against the breach of privilege notice issued by the Maharashtra Assembly against him. 

    The Bench will also hear habeas corpus petition filed by Kerala Union of Working Journalists (KUWJ) seeking the release of Kerala journalist Siddique Kappan after he was arrested by the Uttar Pradesh Police on Oct 5

    A bench of Justices AM Khanwilkar, BR Gavai & Krishna Murari will take up a petition filed by 24 UPSC aspirants seeking an extra attempt in the civil service service examination for the year 2021.

      A bench of Justices AM Khanwilkar, BR Gavai & Krishna Murari is hearing the petition which states that an “extra attempt” is pertinent because their preparation has been severely disrupted on account of CoVID-19 situation and also because they will become age-barred next year.
