The Supreme Court on Monday (October 21) refused to entertain a plea seeking to replace the term 'Hindutva' with Bharatiya Samvidhanatva (or Indian Constitution).
"No sir, we will not entertain this," Chief Justice of India DY Chandrachud told the petitioner-in-person Dr SN Kundra.
When the petitioner sought to make submissions, CJI told him, "this is a complete abuse of the process."
The bench comprising CJI DY Chandrachud, Justice JB Pardiwala and Manoj Misra dismissed the petition.
