      Solicitor General says that there are certain reports praising states like Kerala or Tamil Nadu for oxygen management. SG says it is a national issue and nation stands together.

      The suo-moto case was taken by a bench led by the then CJI SA Bobde on April 22. The bench had then appointed Senior Advocate Harish Salve as amicus curiae in the matter.

      Salve later recused from the case.
