      Solicitor General : INOX told the Delhi Govt that tankers were detained by Rajasthan authorities. Based on this, Delhi HC passed the order, noting it will be against DMA direction.

      SG : Rajasthan govt is not my opponent. Nobody is my opponent

      Solicitor General : Delhi was finding it difficult to get tankers. Due to panic, local authorities were stopping tankers. Therefore, Centre passed an order under DMA saying that if any authority stops tankers going to destination will be punishable.

      Solicitor General : The scheme is based on potential need of state, Centre allocates oxygen, based on consultation with State Govt. After that, it is for the State to arrange transportation. There is an oxygen express rail line.

      Singhvi : Unfortunately, INOX misrepresented to Delhi High Court that the tankers were meant to come to Delhi. They were requisitioned under DMA earlier.
