SG: I think whatever the task force does is going to be long lasting thats why they are taking time

CJI: between 5th September till now what happened

SG: last meeting was on 9th September

CJI: why no meeting after that?

SG: my lords I can request the Secretary 

CJI: Mr SG what is the position of the Task Force ?

SG: they have some suggestions actually - it is submitted that approximately 7800 hospitals submitted information

CJI: CBI has been in direct touch with the parents of the deceased and have been apprised of the steps taken so far....the MEITY has contacted the parents of the deceased to ensure that any information of the deceased on any intermediary platform is pulled down

CJI: we would also like to see what progress the Task Force has done

SG: and CBI officers are in direct touch with the parents of the deceased 

CJI: the CBI has also highlighted the development in relation to the financial irregularities in the RG Kar Hospital....the further investigation both wrt the incident of 9 August and the alleged financial irregularities may continue....status report be submitted within 3 weeks

CJI: the report of CBI says that chargesheet for role of other accused is a subject matter of investigation. The CBI has also received communications pertaining to certain parties, those are also being looked into by CBI

CJI: in the 5th status report dated 15 oct submitted by CBI is has been stated that on the basis of the investigation thus far, a chargesheet has been submitted on 7 October for offences un/s 64,66 of the BNS against accused sanjoy roy. By an order dated the ACGM Sialdah has taken cognisance of the case, the hearing for consideriation of trial is fixed for november 4.
