What impression does it give about Rafale judgement, Ayodhya judgement, CBI judgements? You give these judgements and have these benefits. These are all serious issues that strike at the core of the judiciary"

Dave refers to CJI Gogoi's sexual harassment charge. 

"Look at the case against him. She was reinstated and all charges were dropped"

Mishra- You're submission basically is, we should ignore all of this because such general statements can always be made
