Counsel 1: One day before exam, a telegram channel disclosed that this is the question paper and these are the answers...then NTA gave a press release acknowledging the issue of incorrect distribution of question papers

Counsel 1 (for petitioners): We are seeking cancellation of this exam which was held on May 5. Result was to be declared on 14 June, but they preponed it to 4 June

Counsel 1: There is a private counselling entity...they sent an email to NTA that there are people who are claiming that this OMR scam is happening whereby certain schemesters...
