AAG : We are a society where different communities live. We should not promote hate. The state has to prevent communal disharmony.

UP AAG : SIT was formed looking at the gravity so that local police stations do not callously apply the sections. Section 67 IT Act was removed in Sitapur FIR. SIT realized the section won't apply. SIT is headed by a competent officer of IG rank.

AAG : This Court has said while granting interim bail that he will not post any tweets.

AAG : It is not as if some general tweet is there and general action is being taken. 

AAG : One of the person accused of violence has given a statement that the tweets of Zubair were circulated.

The State has to take a priority that communal harmony is maintained.

AAG : Subsequent to the tweets on TV Debates, there are tweets of June 6..and the printouts of these tweets were circulated soon after the people came out of prayers.
