Order : restraining further arrest in any other FIR. The petition was mentioned before this court for urgent orders on 18.07.2022. While entertainig the petition on July 18, this court directed no precipitate steps be taken against the petitioner on the basis of 6 FIRs.

Order :..the petitioner was served with notices under Sec 41A CrPC or as the case may be under Sec 91 CrPC for the production of documents such as (balance sheet of the last 3 yrs, income tax returns of director and co-founder, details of payment of corporate tax, PAN Cards.
