      Sr. Adv. Singhvi: There is no identifiable class (of Modi community) so as to maintain a complaint, so, Lordship, the maintainability of the complaint in the case itself, is questionable.

      Sr Adv Abhishek Singhvi: A case, which the Court below relied upon, operates in my favour. Again Navjot Singh Sidhu case was cited by the Court. In fact, Sidhu, was convicted under 302 IPC but his conviction was suspended.
