Sibal- Allegation of taking ₹10 lakh bribe not proven. I'm not a risk regarding tampering evidence. Why should I be in jail?

The HC denies me bail saying that releasing me will send a wrong signal, as if I am some Ranga Billa : Sibal for Chidambaram.

Sibal points out that the SC had earlier criticized the HC for reproducing the statements of the CBI in its judgment denying bail

Sibal : FIRs filed in CBI case and ED are the same. CBI filed a chargesheet against me for a sum of ₹10 lakh
