SG- At this stage (bail), prosecution does not need to show evidence beyond reasonable doubt.

SG- The interim protection granted to Karti cannot be used as a ground to seek bail in this case by Chidambaram.

SG reiterates that 3 witnesses did not co-operate. Refused because of the pressure. This is a prime example of Chidambaram's ability to influence witnesses.

SG: Chidambaram cannot claim parity with co-accused Karti . His arrest was stayed in a writ petition challenging certain provisions of PMLA. 

SG : Karti is not on bail in ED case. That was in CBI case.
