      1. There should be an entry in the detection register on the same day when an unauthorized construction is detected.

      Advocate Rizwan Siddique, Kangana's lawyer, submits that the BMC refused to accept the copy of the writ petition. He submits that he had told them that the matter was sub-judice. But they did not listen and locked themselves inside the bungalow, he adds.

      Saraf replies it started around 10.35 AM and it went on till the Court's order was given.

      Saraf says none of the photographs show any erection or alteration work going on.

      He says that some touch-up work to prevent leakage etc had taken place and there was no erection or structural alteration.
