Counsel: without FIR, S.176(3) cannot come into place

CJI: we are led to believe that first FIR was at 3:30 

J Pardiwala: have they looked into this? is it in the form of some interpolation or something?

SG: the time difference is a matter of investigation

CJI: you have said that in the status report ....obviously at this stage when CBI is looking into it, we should not be commenting on it
