      Raghavan: its disturbing us.

      HC: sr counsel files memo appending to it posts on X would request it be taken on record. Same is taken on record. Heard in part. List on April 24 for further hearing

      HC: since matter is heard at length, grant of interim order other than what was observed on march 17 would not be necessary at this juncture. The understanding with parties consent is that matter will be heard finally.

      HC: heard st adv KG Raghavan elaborate submissions on statutory landscape, along with SG and ASG. senior counsel seeks 2 weeks to file rejoinder to objections by UOI. He would submit grant of interim order is imperative.

      HC: whatever order is subsisting will continue till you file rejoinder. If there is anything you move. If any action is taken in interregnum you move we will protect.

      Raghavan: they want us to join Sahyog portal. That is in effect a censorship portal.

      SG; any intermediary is bound by Indian laws. Joining portal is not so grave that you need interim protection.

      SG gives example: intermediary is like notice board in village, where anyone can post material. He says he is not responsible. Suppose someone puts defamatory post against me…Stage for which safe harbour can be used has not even started.

      HC: on a consensus date will be fixed. If you want to make submissions on interim i will hear in afternoon.

      SG: beyond this there cant be anything further for final hearing.

      Raghavan: court may look at undertaking. They should not take any further act

      HC: Raghavan sir has said that he wants to file rejoinder to objections and argue on interim.

      Raghavan: i havent had ocassion to read 1300 pages (counter by govt)
