CJ : We have made appeals to media. We can put off the live streaming if you all say. That is in our hands. We can't stop the media. As far as elections, you are not a voter of those states.

Justice Dixit says election issues are to be decided by ECI.

One advocate makes a mention of an application to restrict media and social media comments on the issue as elections are going on in other states.

CJ : We are not concerned with elections. If this request comes from Election Commission, we may consider.

Sr Adv Yusuf Muchhala says he would want to some submissions for one petitioner.

Adv Kaleeswaram Raj seeks to make submissions for intervenor. Says he won't repeat and just need 10 mins before the respondents start.

Justice Dixit : GO cannot be interpreted like a statute. We have to use common sense. Words do not have static meaning. We have to see the company the words keep.
