Justice Arun : Mr Solicitor, we have halfway through the hearing. Why not the present order continue till the next date of hearing?

Raval says he does not object to the continuation of order against coercive action but he has instructions to oppose stay of investigation.

Raval : Question of sanction and cognizance will not come now.

Raval : Accused has no right to say he has to be questioned before FIR. There is no principle of natural justice at that stage.

Raval : Constitutional courts will not interfere with the investigation at a nascent stage and stifle the prosecution. Investigation is underway. Facts are hazy. Roles are being investigated.

Raval : In a federal structure, the central agency officers must respect the honesty and integrity of State police.

Raval : The petition is premature and is an attempt to nip the investigation which is at a very nascent stage.
