Court: Mr. Mehta has shared an order has been passed by the Central Govt on Apr 22 under provisions of the Disaster Management Act. We are informed that local authorities at Panipat have obstructed the lifting and transport of oxygen from Air Liquidae, Panipat.

Court: Yesterday itself we noted that only 200-250 MT of oxygen was received in the day until we passed the order.

Another hospital seeks to move saying they have only 3 hours of oxygen left.

Mehta: We have already assured that action being taken. My Lords may pass an order.

Mehta: They should also be using oxygen more carefully, if the doctor is saying no more oxygen required to be given externally, patients should not insist.

Rao: I'm only talking of hospitals where they are being asked to leave.
