Another hospital appears before court, and is directed to approach the Nodal Officer.

Adv Prabhsahay* Kaur for Saroj Super Speciality Hospital submits that her client is willing to supply some extra tanks that they have to the Balaji Medical Centre.

Balaji Medical and Research Centre have also approached court citing that they have only 1-1.5 hrs of oxygen left.

Court issues notice, directs Centre to get in touch with Mr. Udit Raj, who is the Nodal Officer for Delhi.

Mehra suggests higher authorities to be set up from both the governments to deal with the issue.

Court seeks status report on the matter in 4 days.

Adv Prabhakar Kaur for a hospital states that the court's timely intervention yesterday helped save lives. After court took up case, Inox supplied the tanker to them, and they have enough for about 24 hrs now.

Court assures Mehra that it will ensure pressure maintained, it will call for a status report, however, asks Mehra whether the entire Healthcare staff can be exposed to covid-19 and the result that would give.

Mehra: All I'm saying is that while we can augment, the hospitals where beds are lying vacant are low hanging fruits, we must take them.

Mehra: All of us need to take cue from leadership abilities of the PM and CM.
