Chandrababu Naidu's Plea To Quash FIR : Live Updates From Supreme Court

Salve says after the judgment was reserved by the High Court on Sep 19, the State filed certain documents on September 20.

Salve now argues for Naidu.

'19th September we made submissions, which were on the basis of the premise that FIR was registered in 2021. On 19th September matter was heard and judgment was reserved'

Salve says there were other lawyers also appearing for Naidu and that he got muted when the others started arguing.
