The Supreme Court will hear today former Andhra CM N Chandrababu Naidu's plea against an Andhra Pradesh High Court order refusing to grant anticipatory bail in connection with the FiberNet scam case.

A bench comprising Justices Aniruddha Bose and Bela M Trivedi will hear the matter. It may be noted that the bench had earlier this week reserved judgment on another petition filed by Naidu seeking to quash the FIR in connection with the Skill Development scam case.

In the FiberNet case, the AP CID had earlier undertaken before the Supreme Court that it will not arrest Naidu.
