ASG for NCB - To say that all eight on whom drugs were found are not connected..that's not right.

I am investigating the main case. Today from 12.30 pm onwards, we have raided the main supplier. He is intercepted.

Maneshinde says "SC has said..." 

 ASG - The reason I had to show this is because you narrated a story. It is on the basis of this statement that Aachit has been apprehended.

ASG closing arguments - My friend Mr Maneshinde argued like a story.. as if no one knows anyone and there is no conspiracy.

He claims that he(Aryan Khan) was innocent...

Adv Khan tries to advance arguments that this remand should have gone before the sessions court.

Court - No, I have 15 days, don't waste your time.

Adv Khan - According to them, I have told them who gave me the contraband. He has been arrested... identified. Why am I needed?

Why is Aachit required to identify me? 

Khan is reading section 437 CrPC. Says that most of the accused in this case are arrested with small quantities, can be awarded just a fine if found guilty. Maximum of 1 year.

Adv Khan - Everyone was in custody. All the eight accused are in custody since October 2.

Adv Ayaz Khan - One is a narcotic drug, second is a psychotropic substance. What is recovered, is neither hashish nor ganja.

Says merely four pills of ecstasy have been recovered from Nupur.

Adv Khan says Aachit who has been arrested, doesn't have anything to do with Nupur.

Ayaz Khan - All of them were taken to the NCB's office. 

Ayaz Khan - All the three panchnamas of the raid concluded on October 2nd itself.
