Aryan Khan Must Be Denied Bail As Attempts Made To Influence Witness, Tamper Evidence : NCB To Bombay High Court

NCB alleges that Shahrukh Khan's manager Pooja Dadlani appears to have influenced panch witness and bail application of Aryan Khan is liable to be rejected on that ground alone.

NCB says that the bail application of Aryan Khan is liable to be rejected on the sole ground of "clear instances of tampering, influencing witnesses in the midst of an on-going investigation".

IMPORTANT : Referring to the affidavit of witness Prabhakar Sail, NCB says that attempts are being made to tamper evidence and derail the ongoing investigation.

NCB says that Aryan Khan's international linkages show that he is not a "mere consumer as is sought to be made by him". It is premature to hold that there is no evidence against him.
