Maneshinde - They have chosen not to come.

Reply further states

Even though from some of the accused there is no recovery or less recovery of contraband, the participation by acts of such persons, who have acted in concert, conspiracy forms the basis of investigation.

Prosecution hands over bail replies of Aryan Khan, Arbaaz Merchant and Munmun Dhamecha to their respective lawyers.

NCB reply to Munmun Dhamecha states.

Persons arrested in Cr 94 are "inextricably connected".. "for reasons stated herein above it is not possible to dissect the role of one accused from the other".

The junior advocate said the NCB reply is on its way.

A junior lawyer informs the court that the Additional Solicitor General - the seniormost law officer for the Centre in the State is appearing in this matter but is caught up in HC.
