ASG says that the second statement was recorded on October 4 and that was not retracted.

ASG - This is the WhatsApp chat with the foreign national for bulk quantity of hard drugs.

Such type of conversation cannot be for personal consumption.

We have approached the MEA to find out how we can reach the foreign national.

ASG - Past record shows you have been in drug consumption for a few years... This is what has been investigated so far.

ASG - Aachit Kumar (allegedly named by Aryan) is a drug peddler. Chinedu Igwe(Nigerian), Shivraj Harijan, Abdul Kadir Sheikh and another Nigerian national.

ASG - This is a conspiracy u/s 29. In a conspiracy, it is not necessary that commercial or intermediate quantity needs to be recovered. It is also not necessary that all 10 'must have knowledge' of what the others have done.

ASG - So far we have arrested 20 people, four are drug peddlers.

ASG - Nature of the drugs for bulk quantity are all hard drugs. I don't know, this is what my juniors and officers have told me.
