Singhvi: I'm amused. Yesterday we were arguing in Delhi High Court. It was submitted that he was called in personal capacity. Today they are giving material in the so called remand having all things, referring to party as company... In any case my point is as a person he has no role at all.

Singhvi: Regarding him (Kejriwal), I can say that there is nill corroboration.

Singhvi reads a judgment, he reads "An approver is the most unworthy friend."

Singhvi: First there is nothing. I don't recognise him, I don't know him. Then there is approver. If this is so called high principle of Article 21, Article 20 and human rights, then my lords we are like Alice in the Wonderland.

Singhvi: You can find a corroboration but their entire grounds of arrest is these names. Why? Because this person (the approver) took his name.

Singhvi: All those who turn approver develop back pain, and on back pain they don't oppose bail. This is the new formula I'm seeing.

Singhvi: any remanding court is not an automatic rubber stamp. It cannot be.

Singhvi: Supreme Court must also take penal action when its words are not taken seriously.

Singhvi: You have the contours of the alleged crime in your grounds of arrest, there is no necessity to arrest this man.

Singhvi: It's not enough to say that this man used this, this man used that. You've to demonstrate how I'm involved.
