Chaudhary: It is a bogey being played by them.

A normal student of law would know that section 70 of PMLA is to prosecute a company and a firm. It is not in connection with a political party which is a different entity under the Representative of People's Act.

    • 22 March 2024 10:45 AM GMT

Chaudhary: The opening line (of remand) itself destroy their subterfuge and misrepresentation that I was not being called as AAP Chief or Chief Minister.
