    The CBI will produce Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal today before Delhi's Rouse Avenue Courts in relation to the liquor policy case.

    Kejriwal was granted bail by trial court in ED case which has been stayed by Delhi High Court yesterday. 

    Matter will be heard by vacation judge Amitabh Rawat of Rouse Avenue Courts.

    The Supreme Court will also hear today Arvind Kejriwal's petition challenging the June 21 order of Delhi HC staying his bail. It may be noted that yesterday (June 25), the Delhi HC passed the final order staying the bail, which is yet to be challenged.

    A bench of Justices Manoj Misra and SVN Bhatti will hear.

      Chaudhari: Mr. Magunta Reddy who has confessed on passing on bribe, but CBI is the judge jury and executioner so they declare him as witness themselves. His son is already approver in the ED case.

      Chaudhari: Nothing mentioned when it was revealed to them. I am on timing today.

      Chaudhari: Then another chargesheet is filed. The last supplementary chargesheet is filed recently. In these chargesheets, in none there is a reference to me as an accused or a suspect.

      Chaudhari: As we speak, last chargesheet is filed on June 08. Please now turn to the remand application.

      Chaudhari: It is a story. But I'll just go on the role of accused.

      Chaudhari: Please have a look at first date. 17 August 2022. After this date, I was called on 16 April 2023 under section 160 crpc. My statement was recorded. From that date, till they came for examining me in custody, there is no notice. I've never been asked.

      Chaudhari: In this case, first chargesheet was filed on 24 November 2022. Seven accused. 70 witnesses. And 7600 documents. Second chargesheet filed on 25 April 2023. After that I was examined. Additional four accused. 89 additional witnesses. Around 10,000 documents.

      Chaudhari: Your lordships is virtually sitting in appeal on his satisfaction.

      I'll go with undisputed documents. Please have a look at their arrest memo.

      Chaudhari: Principle question is of jurisdiction. My lords have an obligation to perform. Two things, your lordships have to see if there was necessity to arrest. Coupled with that, necessity to remand for their custody. Second aspect is that Arnesh Kumar and Section 41 kicks in in this case.

      CBI counsel: We need his custodial interrogation. What he is doing is, he is not even recognising that Vijay Nair was working under him. He says Nair was working under Atishi Marlena and Saurabh Bhardwaj. He puts to entire onus on Manish Sisodia. He has to be confronted. He has to be shown documents.
