n the report it was mentioned that there is no nexus between accused number 1,2&3 in this crime. I was not aware till 4th of Nov that closure report has been filed in this case. I was told about it when I was arrested and taken to N M Joshi Marg police station: Ponda for Arnab

In 2018 When the FIR was registered I was called To record my statement and I remained present. At that time police chose not to arrest me and went on to file an A summary report: Ponda for #ArnabGoswami

Ponda : There was no need for arresting Arnab Goswami as he was not absconding and available for questioning.

Ponda : This matter is of contractual dispute which should be decided in a civil court not in a criminal court. If people start committing suicide in contractual dispute there will be many suicide cases.

Ponda argued that there was a Contractual dispute with Anvay Naik as the work done by him was not satisfactory. We have paid 90% of the amount and 10% of the amount was kept on hold.
