Shrujan 2017 - Intellectual Property Law Fest, Nirma University

The Centre for Intellectual Property Rights, Institute of Law, Nirma University is organizing Shrujan 2017 - an IP Fest on 18^th November, 2017 (Saturday).

Theme: Celebrating culture creativity and heritage

Aim:

• The fest aims to bring the interface of Intellectual Property with cultural heritage of the country to the notice of the legal fraternity as well as other stakeholders by facilitating an academic discussion on Traditional Knowledge and Geographical Indication.


• The University would be hosting renowned dignitaries from the industry having expertise and knowledge in the aforementioned arena for an insightful panel discussion.


• In addition to this, the Institute of law would be holding an exhibition, displaying registered Geographical Indicationsof Gujarat, to bestow this Fest with the aesthetics and the immense extravaganza of cultural heritage of the state of Gujarat, along with furthering the Institute’s aim of experiential learning.
