The Supreme Court collegium, on Tuesday, remitted to the High Court Chief Justice, the proposal for elevation of the following three advocates as judges of Chhattisgarh High Court:
Abhishek Kumar Sinha
Ashish Kumar Shrivastava
Sunil Pillai
The Collegium also remitted to the High Court Chief Justice the proposal for elevation of Judicial Officer Data Mohan Jamatia as a judge of Tripura High Court.
