About the Seminar:
The UGC sponsored One-Day Seminar, on the theme, “Emerging Trends In Real Estate Sector In India: A Legal Perspective”, aims at discussion and deliberation on how the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016, may play as a game-changer for all the major stakeholders and players involved in the sector. Furthermore, the Seminar aims to focus on various other contemporary issues relating to real estate like its interplay with the environment and the applicable laws in this regard, the problems faced by the buyers and developers and the role of the legal system thereof, the legal challenges in the establishment of smart cities, the growing trend of Public Private Partnership (PPP), etc.
Call for Papers:
Well researched papers are invited from scholars, researchers, practitioners, academicians, real estate investment experts and students on the themes and tenors mentioned hereunder. All those interested may send an abstract of not more than 500 words, highlighting the key issues intended to be discussed in the paper.
In addition to this, the selected papers from those submitted will also be duly acclaimed by ‘Publication’ and a ‘Certificate of Participation’ would be awarded to all the participants.
