    In view of the unusual and alarming surge in the Covid-19 pandemic, the ensuing Summer Vacation of the Orissa High Court commencing from 24th May 2021 has been advanced to 03rd May 2021 and will continue till 05th June 2021.Similarly, the ensuing Summer vacation of the Subordinate Courts commencing from 22nd May 2021 had been advanced to 03rd May 2021 and it will continue till 05th June...

    In view of the unusual and alarming surge in the Covid-19 pandemic, the ensuing Summer Vacation of the Orissa High Court commencing from 24th May 2021 has been advanced to 03rd May 2021 and will continue till 05th June 2021.

    Similarly, the ensuing Summer vacation of the Subordinate Courts commencing from 22nd May 2021 had been advanced to 03rd May 2021 and it will continue till 05th June 2021.

    The High court and the Subordinate Courts would reopen on 07th June.

    Importantly, during the Vacation, the High Court and the Subordinate Court will function only in the virtual mode.

    In related news, the Principal Seat of the Madras High Court and its Bench at Madurai shall remain closed for Summer Vacation starting from May 1, 2021 till May 31, 2021.

    Also, the Madhya Pradesh High Court as well as the Subordinate Courts of the State will remain closed for Summer Vacations from 10th May to 04th June 2021.

    A notification issued in this regard, states that it was decided to prepone summer vacation [earlier scheduled for 17th May to 11th June] to 10th May to 04th June 2021.

    The Telangana High Court will remain closed for Summer Vacations for this year from 3rd May to 31st May 2021. However, the notification issued in this regard, states that vacation benches shall be sitting for the specified period for hearing matters as mentioned in the schedule.

    The National Company Law Appellate Tribunal has modified it's calendar for summer vacation of this year in light of the recent surge in Covid 19 cases throughout the Country. The Competent Authority of the NCLAT has resolved to prepone the summer vacations from 26th April to 20th May from the earlier notified schedule of 7th to 30th June.

    The National Green Tribunal has modified it's calendar for summar vacation of this year in light of the recent surge in Covid 19 cases throughout the Country. The Competent Authority of the NGT has resolved to prepone the summer vacations from 19th April to 18th May from the earlier notified schedule of 1st to 30th June.
