NCLT Ahmedabad & Indore Benches Re-Constituted W.E.F 20th March 2023, Matters To Be Heard Through VC

Shri M.B. Gosavi (Judicial Member) is demitting office on 18.03.2023 on completion of his tenure. Therefore, the NCLT Ahmedabad and NCLT Indore Bench are being re-constituted.

The re-constituted Benches shall comprise of:

NCLT Indore Bench (Thursday & Friday) (Second Half)

1. Shri Ashok Kumar Bhardwaj (Judicial Member)
2. Shri K.K. Singh (Technical Member)

The Circular has been issued in partial modification of Order of even number dated 03.03.2023. The reconstitution is effective from 20.03.2023 until further orders.

The matters shall be heard through Video Conference (VC).
