National Company Law Tribunal Notifies Composition Of Benches For Regular Hearing Via Video Conferencing Mode From July 1

The National Company Law Tribunal has notified the composition of the principal bench as well as other be benches with effect from July 1 through video conferencing mode on all working days.

The office order issued by the Registrar of NCLT, Mr. Shiv Ram Bairwa stated that all the Hon'ble members shall attend the bench from their court rooms through video conferencing.

The following is the constitution of the bench as per sec. 419(3) of the Companies Act, 2013:

- Principal Bench: Bhaskara Pantula Mohan, Acting President and Hemant Kumar Sarangi, Member.

- 5 division benches for NCLT bench at New Delhi

- 2 division benches for Ahemdabad

- 1 single bench at Allahabad

- 1 division bench at Bengaluru

-1 division bench at Chandigarh

- 2 division benches for Chennai

- 1 division bench at Guwahati

- 2 division benches for Hyderabad

- 1 division bench at Kolkata

- 5 division benches for Mumbai

- 1 single bench at Jaipur

- 1 single bench at Cuttack

- 1 single bench at Kochi
